All programmes are supported by online reading, videos, and solo and group activities which are completed at the learner’s own pace.
- Blended Learning – a combination of virtual and face-to-face cohort learning.
- Virtual Learning – a series of virtual group sessions, using Microsoft Teams or your organisation’s preferred meeting technology.
- Immersive Learning – in-person at a venue of your choice.

Programme Options
We offer different lengths of programmes tailored to the specific contexts and needs of your individual learners, your teams and your organisation.
The longer the programme, the greater the depth of learning, with more opportunities to practise and develop behavioural agility, focus on specific personal and organisational learning goals, and tackle challenging scenarios.
Our standard cohort size is 12 participants and 2 facilitators.

Advanced Positive Influence – This is our most in-depth programme. Learners practice using all influence styles across increasingly complex situations. They explore positional power dynamics and consider strategic influence in the context of your organisation. More opportunities for facilitator and peer coaching lead to greater awareness and insight and develop motivation for lifelong learning.
Essential Positive Influence – The shortest Positive Influence programme focusses on developing agility across all of the influence styles. Learners practice the styles and get facilitator and peer coaching. They understand how to apply their learning by working on a real situation using our toolkit.
Behaviours for Positive Influence – A concise programme to build awareness of personal strengths and opportunities to develop. Learners focus on practising one or two key behaviours, and take away our toolkit for applying their learning.
Positive Power and Influence develops the behavioural tools you need to achieve objectives and build positive relationships irrespective of your position in an organisation.
It’s a transformative experience grounded in a simple model of behaviour.
The elegant design takes learners on a journey to understand their impact and how they can be more purposeful and effective.
And whilst the design remains the same, every programme reflects the diversity of the group. The stories, strengths, and challenges that each learner brings define the context.
