Why choose an open enrolment programme?

The experience

You want a rich experience, learning alongside people from across the world, hearing their stories, and gaining fresh perspectives.

The support

Your team has been through an in-house programme but you know you’ll get more from learning outside your organisation. We hear this a lot and we get it. It can be tough to experiment and get things wrong in front of your colleagues.

The flexibility

Join at a time that works for you. If you’re in finance, you can’t take time out at year end. If you’re in the people team, then avoid performance review month like the plague. We schedule across the year so that you can focus on yourself, and ignore the slack channel.

Questions? We’ve got answers.

How many people are in the group?

We cap the group size at 12 and you’ll always have 2 facilitators. That means there’s no escaping their feedback and coaching!

What happens if I miss a virtual session?

Well aside from the FOMO, you might feel a little bit lost. That’s because each session builds on the previous ones. But we know that life sometimes gets in the way, so our facilitators will do all they can to help you catch up. If you miss more than a couple of sessions, we’ll talk to you about transferring to another date.

I want to come with a couple of other team members

We limit the number of people from the same organisation to 2. That’s so the group has a rich mix of contexts, skills, and experiences.

Do I need to bring anything to an in-person workshop?

In the ‘olden’ days we used to send a heavy case full of iPads to our venues.

As long as you have a phone, tablet or laptop, that’s all you need. You’ll get a lovely journal to help you keep a record of your experience.

Do I need to stay at the hotel?

No! Our in-person workshops are always in central London and the city is your oyster. However, keep in mind that we do get a preferential rate for learners at the hotel venue. We’ll reserve some rooms and let you know how to book if you decide to stay with us.

I really want to do this, but I’ll have to convince my boss
Think about your boss’s current priorities. Are there any upcoming situations where you having better influence skills might improve outcomes?

Lead the conversation with their priorities, not yours, and if they hesitate, don’t argue, ask questions:

What concerns do you have?
What would make this feel like a good investment?
Is it the cost, the timing, or something else?

And if you want to discuss your approach, give us a call. We’ve done this before!
