Open enrolment influence programmes
Different worlds, same frustrations. Learn alongside people from a range of organisations.
Your role is changing, the demands are constantly shifting, and you want skills you can hold on to. You want to influence better, lead stronger, and feel good about it.
Our open enrolment programmes are a melting pot of ideas, creativity, support, and learning. They’re for people who are serious about investing in themselves and seeing real results.
Why choose an open enrolment influence programme?
The experience
You want a rich experience, learning alongside people from across the world, hearing their stories, and gaining fresh perspectives.
The support
Your team has been through an in-house programme but you know you’ll get more from learning outside your organisation. We hear this a lot and we understand. It can be tough to experiment and get things wrong in front of your colleagues.
The flexibility
Join when it works for you. If you’re in finance, you can’t take time out at year-end. If you’re on the people team, you’ll want to avoid performance review month. We schedule across the year so that you can focus on yourself and ignore your mountainous inbox.
Who you’ll learn with
We love the diversity of our open programme groups. All that difference creates a special experience.
What unites people on our open programmes isn’t their industry or role; it’s discovering that influence is the skill that unlocks their future.
- The senior manager stepping into their first leadership role.
- The technical expert who needs to influence strategy.
- The young project manager looking to accelerate their career.
- The leader establishing credibility in a new organisation.

Questions? We’ve got answers.
How many people are in the group?
We cap the group size at 12 and you’ll always have 2 facilitators. That means there’s no escaping their feedback and coaching!
What happens if I miss a virtual session?
The first session is all about meeting your group and exploring your current influence and impact. It’s a great catalyst for getting the most from the experience so we strongly recommend you join.
Missing subsequent sessions will disrupt your learning because everything we do is experiential. But we know that sometimes life gets in the way, and our facilitators will help you catch up. If you miss more than a couple of sessions, we’ll talk to you about transferring to another date.
I want to come with a couple of other team members
We limit the number of people from the same organisation to 2. That’s so the group has a rich mix of contexts, skills, and experiences. If there are more than two of you, talk to us.
Do I need to bring anything to an in-person workshop?
No, just bring a phone, tablet or laptop so you can access our online platform. You’ll get a lovely journal so you can keep a record of your experience.
Do I need to stay at the hotel?
No! Our in-person workshops are always in central London and the city is your oyster. However, keep in mind that we do get a preferential rate for learners at the hotel venue. We’ll reserve some rooms and let you know how to book if you decide to stay with us.
I really want to do this, but I’ll have to convince my boss
Start with what’s in it for them. How will being more agile and confident when influencing stakeholders help you deliver the personal, team, or organisational priorities they care about. Be specific. Highlight a stakeholder relationship you want to strengthen, a project that needs more buy-in, or a result you could reach faster.
If they hesitate, get curious. Try asking:
- What concerns do you have?
- What would make this feel like a good investment?
- Is it the cost, the timing, or something else?
That way the conversation becomes a shared problem-solving exercise rather than a sales pitch.
