How do we work?
Our facilitators use a mix of small group experiential learning and personalised feedback and coaching, to build knowledge, skills, and confidence.
Our cohort approach means that the group is integral to the learning process, working together to understand and practise new behaviours, to share experiences, to give and receive feedback, and to act as an ongoing source of support and challenge.
The programme is supported by our online platform, Chartwell Connect.
